Any planet aspecting Rahu/Ketu will make them attain the characteristics and house roles of the aspecting planets. During Rahu/Ketu dasha these effects are prominent 

Any planet aspecting Chandra and Sani will make them attain characteristics of the aspecting planets provided they are not exalted or in their own house in which case they have their own strong character. For example if guru aspecting Sani, we can expect kids during Sani dasha.

Other planets may not reflect characteristics of aspecting planets.
